Abstract

Teknologi pembelajaran telah membawa pengajar dan pembelajar di era baru. Era 4.0 memperbaharui sistem, model, instrumen, metode, teknik dan taktik. Hal ini diterapkan dalam sebuah sistem pelatihan yang dikembangkan secara hybrid. Permasalahan dalam penelitian penerapan ini ialah bagaimana skema pelatihan musik hybrid di HOJ, Desa Oematnunu, Kupang Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur? Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menyusun dan menerapkan Skema pelatihan Hybrid bidang Musik di House of Joy (HOJ), Desa Oetmanunu Kupang Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini dalam batasan penerapan dan menyusun sebuah skema hybrid yang bersumber dari penerapan yang dimaksud . Hasil yang diperoleh, skema pelatihan terbagai ke dalam pelatihan luring sebanyak empat kali dan delapan pertemuan dibuat dengan sistem daring menggunakan platform moodle dengan berbagai aplikasi yang terintegrasi. Beberapa temuan baru yang diperoleh yaitu, pelatihan musik dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran hybrid dengan design pembelajaran tatap muka dan penerapan moodle dengan sistem daring. Model pelatihan ini dapat diterapkan hingga tingkat desa yang memiliki koneksi internet. Saran dalam penelitian ini diharapkan penelitian sejenis dapat terus dikembangkan dengan berbagai platform dan berbagai bidang ilmu. Pengambangan yang berkelanjutan diharapkan dapat menjadi model-model pembelajaran baru khususnya dalam bidang seni musik.
